juz came bk frm china yesterday morning at 5am... abit not used to the weather in singapore as it is so hot... and in china, the coldest is 1 degree and the daily average temperature is abt 10 degrees or lesser... so let's tok abt which part of china we went... the "we" refers to me, wei jun and my parents...

first day, we reach shanghai pudong airport at abt 6am... den we went on to experience the world's first 430 km/hr Maglev train ride... the ride is super exciting... it doesn't run on the tracks but it glides on top of it...

i lazy to type everything, so i'll summarise the places which we went... Maglev train ride, West Lake, Chang Qiao Park, Huagang Park, Xihu Museum, Outlook Lei Feng Pagoda, Meijiawe Tea Plantation, Wansong Academy, Wuzhen Water Town, Singapore Industrial Park, Qi Li San Tang Culture Street, Guan Qian Street, Ouyuan Garden, Hanshan Temple, Golden chicken Lake, Hubin Street, Music Fountain, Silk Factory, Pan Men San Jin, Changjiang Bridge, Fuzimiao, Mochou Lake, Ancient City Square, Ming Dynasty City Wall, Jade carvings workshop, Li Garden, Three Kingdom Movies & TV City, Wuxi Zisha Clay Teapots, Xin Tian Di, Nanjing Road, The Bund, Chenghuangmiao Commercial District, Qipu Road Wholesale Market, Song Qingling Mausoleum, Oriental Pearl Tower, Huangpu River romantic night Cruise, Sightseeing Channel and Shanghai's Acrobatic show...

we went to 5 different places in china, which includes Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Wuxi and Nanjing... and of cos, we oso stayed in 5 different hotels in 8 days...

1st day: Chang Men Hotel (Suzhou)

2nd day: Xin Yu Hotel (Hangzhou)

3rd day: Milan Holiday Hotel (Nanjing)

4th day: Kaida Grand Hotel (Wuxi)

5th-8th day: Di Hai Hotel (Shanghai)


now, i'll tok abt the local delicacy... we tasted the Hangzhou Dongpo Meat, Jiaohua chicken, Benbang Xihu Cuisine, Wuzhen Peasant Family Feast, Suzhou Dianxin, Family Wu's Feast, Wuxi Spare Ribs, Mini Qianlong Feast, Nanjing Salted Duck, Qinhuai Special Cuisine, Shanghai Benbang Cuisine, Xiaolong Bao, Shanghai Dilong Seafood Restaurant...

and of cos, the worse food and smelliest food in the 8 days in china... SMELLY TOFU! WTF! the tofu is grey in colour and it smells realli realli realli bad... it's more den a million times smellier den the 1's in singapore... singapore 1 not smelly 1... it smells worse den shit, garbage dump, hongkong feet, etc... and can u imagine wei jun eating a whole piece by himself... WTF! he ate it cos he had block nose and cant smell anithing... haha... oso not forgetting, the best food in china goes to the meat meat meat meat meat meat meat... it is those meat on the stick marinated wif oil and different herbs and spices... it's super good... get those meat on the stick by the roadside... the mutton 1's are the best... each stick cost frm RMB 0.50 to RMB 1... means 1 stick cost abt $0.10 to $0.20... it's even cheaper and much more better den satay... and oso, the macdonalds in china is realli cheap... a double cheese burger meal, upsize the fries and coke, onli cost $3 plus... and the quarter pounder wif cheese is veri good... we got the meal for $5 wif large fries and a large special chinese new year guava drink...

and during the tour, we met many funny characters... we met spongebob, pikachu, silk, ronaldo and ttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee they 2 stead ah?

and the bad thing abt the tour is tt we hav to wake up abt 6 plus everyday... sian 1/2...

and the lan there is super super cheap... cheaper den i play in taiwan... 1 hr onli cost $0.40... super cheap! and the pirated DVD there is oso super cheap... 1 disc onli cost $1... super cheap! i bought heroes, king kong, letters from iwo jima, casino royale, flags of our fathers and death note 1 & 2... so if u guys wan to borrow, jus ask me... and the ciggarette there is oso super cheap... the cheapest is 1 packet $0.40... super cheap... but the ciggarette there oso got veri ex 1 lah... the most expensive i tink cost $16... is the panda brand... but i still smuggled 3 packets in... 1 is shanghai brand, 1 is double happiness brand and the other is china's most famous brand, chunghwa... the chunghwa like marlboro... it cost $10... and the wang wang there is veri cheap oso... i bought a super big packet consisting of 80 over small packets of wang wang onli cost $3...

and yeah! china is freedom! cos can play fireworks! ownself buy ur own box and light and run away and watch it high in the sky... super nice sia... but the first nite of new year is realli noisy lah... can hardly can ani slp at all... oh ya! mi and wei jun bought a box of fireworks for $20... i tink its on the second or third nite... cant rmb... den wei jun was the 1 hu lighted it... haha... it was beautiful! so high in the sky... can watch until neck broken... lol... there is more ex 1's... but of cos, the more ex it is, the more beautiful it is... common sense rite...

and oso, dun underestimate china's arcade... the arcade we went in china is bigger den the biggest arcade in singapore! the machines are all the lastest and they hav a super large variety of machines... and of cos, the games are all belonged to Sega... cos it's a Sega arcade...

everything is cheap in china... but the price for those original things are abt the same price as singapore... like those adidas, nike, etc... all are abt the same price... and i oso realise smth in china, there are veri less obese ppl... so far i seen on the road, got veri veri less fat ppl...

so ppl, do visit china if u r interested... its a great country... and although many ppl tink tt china is a littered country, they are all wrong... cos the place is realli clean... but not as clean as singapore lah... haha... i'll end here now... bye bye...
